SWLP was founded in 2014, under the original name Influence by AG, by Dr. Amina Gilyard James-- learning and organization development strategist, employee experience innovator, and real estate entrepreneur. Dr. James founded SWLP to address a critical need in today’s organizations: aligning learning and development with measurable performance outcomes. Too often, training is viewed as a standalone solution, when true impact requires a broader, systems-level approach. By combining expertise in workplace learning, organizational effectiveness, and performance consulting, we help clients identify root causes of performance gaps and implement targeted, sustainable interventions.
